Nippon Zaibatsu Emperor's Edition: The Review
Very nearly perfect, this eurogame shows how worker placement should be done. It's chunky but logical, with multiple strategies available to pursue for the win. The finish on the production and the way the box is organised aids gameplay as well as storage.
Viticulture Essential Edition
This is a game that naturally lends itself to a quiet evening with a glass of wine, talking of past holidays to Italy and how good it would be to go again. It's satisfying to play, works the mind in just the right way and is competitive without being bullish. A good addition to your shelf.
Gwent: The Legendary Card Game Review
The WItcher card game was a simple digital mini-game which has been turned into a beautifully produced physical experience. This is the kind of game that you will binge on, whether that's solo or with lots of friends. The core game comes with hundreds of cards from five factions, and it only loses marks because of the poorly produced paper game mat.
